Partner up with LUBC!

With Regatta Season fast approaching, Liverpool University Boat Club are looking to partner with a sponsor, who will be represented over the following few months alongside our athletes as they compete across the country.

Established in 1926, Liverpool University Boat Club has represented the University of Liverpool across the UK in both local and national races. We consistently place very respectably at these nationwide races, and considering our funding and facilities comparatively, we perform exceptionally, defying the odds.

There are many different levels of sponsorship you could engage in with us. In previous years, advertisement has been provided for our sponsors in the form of boat stickers, which have been successful in advertising a company across several races in Regatta season. We also provide opportunity for a company’s logo to be displayed on our blades, racing kit, and leisure wear, as well as the company being present amongst our social media platforms.

Throughout Regatta Season we will be racing in various parts of the country, including BUCS Regatta, which see thousands of students from different Universities compete at Holme Pierrepoint in Nottinghamshire, as well as Henley Royal Regatta and Henley Women’s Regatta, which are a perfect platforms to advertise a company, as thousands of spectators and competitors join to race at one of the historical courses in the UK.

We are a club which is funded from our fundraising efforts, and memberships, and with the high costs of the sport, very little money is left to spare at this point of the year. Liverpool University Boat Club uses sponsorship money for our annual boat repair and refurbishment fund, and any money left over contributes to the cost of bringing our coaches on Training Camp, which allows our members to develop their rowing abilities to a much higher standard before they compete in the likes of Henley Women’s and Henley Royal Regatta.
